Closely Knit cannot be held responsible for items once in transit and dispatched.

Closely Knit is not liable for any damage caused by third parties. All products are inspected prior to shipping.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Flat rate: $20 Closely Knit uses a combination of shipping suppliers. If you are not home a card will be left notifying you of the pickup location (nearest drop off location).

Items are made to order and we endeavour to have to them as soon as possible.

Please allow 4 weeks for delivery.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

Contact us for freight charges, as postage costs are dependent on product weight.

COLOUR, SIZE VARIATIONS

Merino wool is fluid, which is why they are so scrumptious however it can mean that sizes may vary slightly to those listed under the product descriptions. Size and colour variations are not considered a design fault.

All items are considered custom pieces and made to order so cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled for change of mind.

We inspect all pieces before shipping and some perceived imperfections are characteristic of merino wool being a natural fibre.

Forward a photo of the area of concern to [email protected], within 3 days of receiving the item and we will be sure to help where we can. We will notify you of the next steps (if necessary). Any refunds will be credited to your account once Closely Knit has received the item. You will be provided with a return address via email.

Items for return must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when it was dispatched from Closely Knit to you.

Refunds will be credited for the price paid at checkout.

EXCHANGES/AMENDMENTS TO YOUR ORDER

As your item is made to order we cannot accept any cancellations. If you have had a change of mind regarding the size or colour chosen please email us within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Exchanges will only be granted where the product you received is not what you ordered. The full price and postage costs incurred to you will be refunded in these instances.

RETURNS WHEN USING AFTERPAY

Returns are accepted on faulty items.

Forward a photo of the area of concern to [email protected], within 3 days of receiving the item and we will be sure to help where we can. You will be provided with a return address via email.

Items for return must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when it was dispatched from Closely Knit to you.

If a return is accepted we will notify Afterpay to release the payments you made back into your nominated account.

Please note

Afterpay may still require you to make payments while your return is being processed by our system.

Personal details will not be shared with any third party companies. Your details will be stored securely by those employed by Closely Knit.
